Baby vibrating chair (Tooting SW17)

could anyone use this, its been used for the last 6 weeks when my grandson visits but he’s too big for it now, unfortunately the 2 little toy that hung from it are missing my elder grandson kept taking them off. it’s in excellent condition and spotless
