LED backpack(!) (UWS 94/Columbus)

A conventional young person's backpack, w/ a 64 x 64 LED screen (roughly 9-1/2" square) and a short USB cable. When plugged in, the screen shows an animated (and brighter) version of what you see here. No other information; the only label of any kind says 'Made in China,' but if you Google 'LED backpack' you'll see these, or similar, for sale.
