heavy bag stand (East bay)

I have the heavy bag but I need a stand for it.... I'm a renter and can not mount it.... Please if any body help it would be appreciated...I have a friend that is fleeing a domestic situation and wants to train to defend herself and her kids.... I have had dv in my past also would like to knock the bag around.....please and thank you....I'm in oakland
