Mechanical reset for a Mini (Rawmarsh S62)

I’m trying to find someone who has dealer software to do a reset on a Mini, after having some new swirl flaps done I’ve got an error code Air system, air to EGR mass flow plausibility: measured air mass too high compared to calculated air mass, error 290900, the mechanic who did the work has checked the manifold & can’t see any leak of air, could do with a smoke test doing to ensure it’s all fully sealed,
