Plants! Black-eyed susans, mums (W section, Bowie)

Hi! I have black-eyed susans and light yellow chrysanthemums to share. The mums have light yellow daisy-like blooms in fall, about 15" tall (no pinching needed), need full sun. The susans are about 18" tall, like sun but tolerate part sun, blooms all summer. Both the mums and susans are good spreaders. I have already dug up some susans but could use help (and pots) digging up the mums.
