Single steel frame futon sofa bed. Mattress needs cleaning. (Malvern Link WR14)

My brother has a single futon he doesn't want and I need rid of ASAP
Apologies for the background - this room is getting renovated also ASAP which is why I need the space (if anyone wants to remove the carpet as a trade I'd be more than delighted but it's pretty moth eaten and ancient).

The mattress needs machine washing or replacing but though it's accessible with a zip, the cover is sewn through with the toggles - which means they all need to be removed and replaced / repositioned in order to launder it otherwise I would have of course done it but sadly I don't have time to do it. Tricky but fairly straightforward to those with the skills and patience.

Inside materials of mattress are cotton padded fibres without saining and in good condition.

Frame is undamaged in good condition with a few marks most of which can clean off.

Chair measurements are 84cm height, width and depth
Easily extended into a bed and folded away on coasters by handle.

Uses standard hex key (5 or 6mm as shown) so can probably be disassembled for easier transportation.
