Wall mounted cup holder or toothbrush holders.
Concealed sturdy fixing for wall mounting - 2 screws fix plate to wall, holder slots over bracket and is fixed by a small grub screw underneath.
Cups sit in rings and can be lifted out for use or cleaning.
One cup is glass and one ceramic (perhaps one for drinking and one for toothbrush?)
Carefully dismantled and in good clean condition
