i’ve used it to do the the west highland way and the glen affric way. great beginner pack, adjustable sizes. has inner and outer pockets in the top section. external side pockets in the main section for water bottles. optional separator in the bottom of the bag for shoes or wet items. also has an integrated attached rain cover (though I wouldn’t rely on this in all day, heavy rain…).
