Hardware bits & pond balls (Garstang)

Some hardware bits and pieces (see two photos). The padlock & hasp/hinges have never been used. (We don't know what the black pieces are but perhaps someone can use them?). We think the other bits are for installating a washing machine or a dishwasher.
Some plastic balls (see photo) to float on a garden pond to limit duckweed.
We might be able drop either or both of these items into a local address; please give your location if asking for this. (No time wasters please.)
