Used cat tree (Killiney)

I have a large cat tree. Have it for 2 years but our fully indoor cat stopped using it about 11 months ago. Took it apart before taking picture. However, found it on Amazon, where I bought it from. I don't have the instruction booklet so it might require some extra effort to figure out how to put it together. It has never been washed. There are some wear and tear...see pics. Very clean otherwise. From a non smoker, dry and clean home.
