Hope you can see measurements on pictures. It's in good condition except for where the handles attach/ fold over the edges. They are very worn and I WOULD NOT trust them with any weight and certainly not a baby.
However, you may be able to create,/ use other straps, and/ or repurpose it! Hoping that it's of use to someone.
