Sofa dimensions - 92 cm deep, 164 cm wide, 80 cm high (73 cm high with feet removed).
Bed dimensions 198 cm long, by 138 cm wide (approx.),
Bed includes spring mattress base, in very good condition. Only used on a few occasions. Mechanism in good working order.
Complies with Furniture and Furnishings (Fire Safety) Regulations 1988.
The sofa covers are faded and showing visible signs of wear. Ideally the covers would need replacing, or could be covered with throws, if used as a sofa.
The sofa can be viewed, prior to making a decision.
