Wanted: Scrap Denim for a Good Cause!

I'm part of a small group of local crafters who make and sell handmade items to raise funds for the Letchworth Garden Shed, our wonderful community Library of Things.

Our next project is creating tool and utility belts, and we're looking for unwanted denim to upcycle. If you have old jeans, skirts, jackets, shorts or other denim items that are too worn, damaged or stained for charity shops to sell, we'd love to give the fabric a second life.

I can collect locally, or if you're in town you can drop donations into the Shed at 69 Leys Avenue, Letchworth.

Please note: any items donated in response to this request will be upcycled into products that will be sold, with proceeds supporting the Letchworth Garden Shed.
