Traffic Cone (Old Woking GU22)

I need a smallish traffic cone for my mum.
Up until recently she has been keeping a small traffic cone on the street directly beside her driveway. Her frontage is onto a narrow road with overgrown bushes opposite and busy pub two doors away. All year round she experiences very "antisocial parking" by patrons to the pub, right up to the lines of her fairly narrow driveway. Before placing the cone she found it DIFFiCULT to access/egress her property in her mid-size vehicle.
Recently the cone has been run over multiple times by heavy vans (there's been no noticeable damage to the vehicles each time, and the drivers generally apologise to my mum)

The traffic cone she needs cannot have been "procured" from the roadside (i.e. stolen!) and it need not be in particularly good condition, just so long as it is stable, and retains some reflective material on it.
