1. No fire label (checked everywhere, can't find one attached)
2. Extremely heavy and is in an upstairs room. MUST bring TWO strong people to help bring downstairs and outside for loading
3. Good condition sofa bed able to sleep two people, cushions remove to access pull out frame and mattress

Sofa 71" wide, 35" height to back, 16" height to seat, 35" depth
5. Smoke free home but not pet free (cat)
