Metal Holder (Malvern Link WR14)

I think it might have had a lamp clipped to it at one point. I've used it as a kitchen roll holder but it's a bit tall & thin compared to proper ones. Metal base (some of the black coating coming off - see close-up pic). I can drop off in Malvern Link /Gt Malvern when out & about to save a trip to get it.
