Non functioning NCM MILANO e-bike (Portobello EH15)

It’s not working. I’ve bought a new battery for it which is fully operational (can sell it if you want it - I’ve got the purchase doc) but the bike is still not working. It’s too big for me so I’m getting a smaller e-bike and don’t want to spend money on trying to get a repair. If you can get it working I’m happy to donate it to you. If you can’t, you’ve lost nothing.
