become suitable for small cakes which have risen unevenly so they make tidier layered cakes. Can be used on small cup cakes to large tray bakes. All metal construction. I no longer make the large quantities of cakes I have in the past due to AD and OAP, sp time to pass it on to someone who will make more use of it.
