Black & Decker Quattro (unusable) (Ruislip HA4)

KC2000f - can anyone make use of the attachments etc as the battery no longer charges, I think because the charger itself isn't working. Have tried changing the fuse but to no avail. Obviously it's very old but never had a great deal of use.
