Paint&brush to mark wheelie bins (Gorse Hill M32)

Looking for old part used paint and old (seen better days) paintbrush or some spray paint even, to mark our communal bins. To stop arguments about which part of the scheme is their home, To which side of the scheme they belong. It didn't used to be a problem but since Trafford council replaced the bin collection company we are constantly having been bins left unemptied.

Things have come to a head because all the bins were left on one side of the communal scheme one of them haven't been emptied and there's been an argument now about who that full bin belongs to which side of the scheme has to cope with one bin less between now and next collection day.
