I am attending my first ‘Passenger Experience’ with ‘Catch-A-Smile’ Boat Tours next week. I’m hoping it will be the beginning of a new relationship where my skills with ‘Special Needs’ folks will finally have a chance to shine. I hope to obtain some binoculars before the gathering.

I’m also looking for anything i can wear that is government certified for buoyancy and normal pleasure-craft use ( jacket, vest, etc ).
