Tan suede feel fabric, 4 pieces. Each end piece is 40 inches wide, 60 inches in length. Center peice is 36 inches wide and 36 inches long. Cup holder, phone charger section is 12 inches by 36 inches long.
You will need to be able to get it out of our basement - 1 flight of stairs. A few light stains.
