Well used by two generations of my family. Needs TLC (cleaning mostly) but still sturdy enough to sleep 2 adults because of its unique platform design, like flooring on top of joists. Includes a ladder and floating desk below the headboard. Hardware (nuts & bolts) is not original but works fine. The hook part of the ladder is missing a small piece of wood but the screw that remains has done its job for years. Hardwood Artisans has a store in Bethesda and an assembly video on YouTube that I can share. Photo is from their current website to give you an idea of how it looks assembled. Mattress not included.
