Full disclosure, accidently dropped but working. Lid no longer smoothly opens. Under lid should be left & right plastic arms picks up used pod that slides along arms into hole at back for used pods. Left arm broke, falling out an right arm damaged at back now loose, catches lid, can be manually moved out of way to open lid. Nespresso shops have a repair service however was gifted larger newer machine.
