Full disclosure, dropped accidently but still works, see pictures. Left internal arm broke in accident now missing, right arm fractured cant be removed these would grip empty pod when lid opened, pod would slide to back, falling down a hole to internal space storung empty pods, removable from side - I would manually remove pod instead. Could do with a descale before use bought from Nespresso stores. Nespresso also offer repair service if you want to replace the arms.

Collect near The George, City Way, Rochester after 7.30pm Mon or from 10am - 8pm Tues & Wed only.
