Bosch Wash+Dry Excel 7/4 (Gomshall gu5)

Bosch washing machine. Washing function is usually fine but very occasionally displays E18 error and stops. We believe this is because the drain pipe was too long so there may not be a problem with the actual machine. Pick up only from Gomshall. Please note you need to carry it down a flight of stairs.
