House clearance mixed items (Selhurst SE25)

House clearance - various items in a mixture of conditions.

- Large mahogany wood double bed headboard
- Wood from dismantled furniture/desk, can be used for wood projects
- Wooden chair needing upholstery, office chair (with damage to back)
- Bedside cabinet units needing up-cycling
- Glass tv unit, good condition just needs a polish
- Small wooden tv unit, some wear/damage and needs a clean
- Photo frames, electrical items, home decor, make-up/health & beauty bits (new), large horse ornament
- Charity clothes bags (feel free to take them)

All items are outside my home and need to be collected ASAP before we arrange for a clearance company to remove.

Please message me what you’re interested in and I’ll let you know if still available and send my address. You’re welcome to come and view anything as it’s all outside, small bits are under the porch for protection from rain.
