We bought this sofa-bed from sofa.com in 2015 and it has had relatively regular use as a sofa (but not as our main sofa) and very little use as a bed. The frame (including the bed mechanism) is in excellent condition, as is the mattress. The covers are okay and have been washed before listing. The back cushions are okay. The seat cushions (under the covers) have staining from where drinks have been spilled over the years (our kids were quite young when we bought it). If we were keeping this then we'd replace the seat cushions and covers which would be very easy to do, e.g. there are online companies that provide replacement covers specifically for this model. It's perfectly usable as it is though and we're only moving it on because we've done something different with the room it's been in.
