Rod holder (Chicago, IL)

Hi there! If you have one of these things that supports closet rod and don't need it, I will be very thankful to use it. The rod is a little less than 3.5 Cm. If you can think of any DIY alternative, will be happy to try it. I am in West Ridge area (60660). Thank you
