Use of small sheet metal bender (Knighton)

Hi, I have a particular stainless steel knife with very thin blade; I want to bend the blade by 70 degrees around a small radius to allow me to skin fish while still hot in a steamer basket. It's a very small job. One of those that work in a vice would suffice.
