Grip straps for weight lifting (Beacon Hill)
Hi there! I'm a newbie at weight lifting quickly discovering that my (quite poor) grip strength taps out before my glutes do. If anyone has an extra pair of those grip strap things that go around your wrist and palm, I'd be grateful!
