Working bike (Camden NW2)

Hi. I'm looking for a bike for my local pharmacist. He cycles a teenage kid's bike to/from work and it's just embarrassing.

I thinks he's about 5'9 so ideally a bike that is medium/ large. 54cm to 58cm frame.
