Kid's Starter Bike - needs attention (Fiveways BN1)

Small bicycle with provision for balance wheels (not included). Was professionally refurbished but was then little used and has been in storage for years. Needs 2 new tyres and has some surface rust but appears to run smoothly and brakes work. Wheels are about 32cms in diameter, so I presume it will take 12½" tyres like those currently at Halfords @£10. Saddle is currently set at about 60cms above ground level. Thanks for looking. John
