Herb Plants (Barnard's Green WR14)

I'm looking for herb plants or viable cuttings particularly culinary herbs to make up a herb garden for my son and his girlfriend as a housewarming present! I have grown some but I am still looking for tarragon, bay, lemon verbena, comfrey, valerian, coriander, basil, dill, fennel, Vietnamese coriander, lemon thyme, and any others that anyone has spare.
