I don't remember where this came from. It is a hand drill. A rarity these days and quite hard to find when you are looking for one. The wooden knob on its handle had disappeared, but I have another one that someone might be able to fix to it.
It might suit someone who can restore tools. It is Chinese. It seems such a shame to bin it when someone out there might be interested.
