2 inflatable exercise balls (Near Lowther Gardens FY8)

Both silver coloured.
Dont worry! They do inflated but you will need a pump and adapter!
Small one is approx 40 cm diameter.
Large one (Reebok brand) 60 cm diameter has been mostly deflated to save space (it does not have a puncture!).
Both can be fully inflated using a bicycle pump and adapter.
Can be used as 'seats' to engage core stability or to as an aid to enhance static exercises such as sit ups, leg raises etc
