Sirui 16mm cinema lens for canon R (Near Mountain View High)

I bought this a year ago and have always wanted to use it for video but never have. Two things stopped me: (1) it’s manual focus and I always seem to be in a situation where I need auto focus, and (2) it’s only for Canon R models that are not full frame.
