Quality 2-3 seat soffa (Clayton brook PR5 8)

In very, very good condition, fabric with removable covers and leather type arms. Has detachable arms for easier removal. Nice and clean, smoke free & I’m a single OAP, it’s been well cared for.
Max width 96”, max depth 38”,
It’ll need 2 people to remove it and I’ll remove the arms before hand ( 4 x bolts- easy)
