Porch pickup Bethesda near NIH. 25" by 25" black metal. chain/wire length is currently configured for a 9 foot tall ceiling. Circa 2002 from "Quoizel NY". Comes with crystal drops that can be attached to the little loop hole things. No light bulbs. The medallion (the white circular thing attached to the ceiling) is included too for your optional use.
