Mechanic wanted for 1938 austin 7 (Hemel Hempstead HP2)

I have a 1938 austin seven that I can't get started..I'm in need if a mechanic or someone who knows about old cars to get it started for me..it drove last year but is being obstinate now...please come to my rescue..
