food and water (Ward AR)

It takes a lot for me to break down but I am trying to get my disability bc I have severe COPD, and my husband just lost his job bc our starter went out on the truck. Also we have no water. Needless to say we are going through it. Please we don't ask for help very often.🙏🙏
