bird of paradise plant (Southport PR8)

very large plant, quite heavy 20kg or so- need car or sack truck. Roots have grown peculiar but is quite healthy, is old enough to grow flowers if lucky. can probably be split but im not brave enough to do that. Pot NOT included.
