Fertiliser or manure, plants to edge my garden with etc (Kirkstall LS6)

I'm wanting to edge my front garden with plants, any outdoor plants, bushes etc. the bigger they grow the better. I have a major issue with neighbours kids using my front garden as a play area, the council won't do anything to help. I need things I can plant and I want to cover the lawn with fertiliser and manure, if I could I'd plant the whole thing if it's stops them from disturbing us. Our own Grandkids can't play cos they get bullied. Any help with anything you're getting rid of that I could use would be great.
