mulch for garden bed (Dunning, Chicago)

Hello. I am looking for some clean uncontaminated mulch made of hardwood. No wood from conifers. I am looking to put wine cap mushroom spawn into the mulch. Every place I check out has wood chips that are mixed with conifers which are no good for mushroom spawn because they are naturally anti-fungal. Any amount appreciated thank you :))
