Dark Green, Thick Fabric (Vale LA1)

I'm helping a friend's daughter with a sewing project and need about 1/2 meter of thick, dark green fabric. It could be an old curtain, a torn garment, an old table cloth, etc. Something with the weight of denim would be ideal. Thanks!
