Portable Air Conditioner (Royal Leamington Spa CV31)

I'm looking for a Portable Air Conditioner for my Dad. He's struggling with the heatwave, I really worry about him and desperately want to help him but I can't afford to buy one. So if you have a spare you're willing to gift then it would be most gratefully received, and it would make a Big difference to his health and wellbeing.
