hanging basket with bird bath (Mitcham CR4)

Heavy metal hanging basket with bird bath and 2 birds
Waited for someone to put up which never happened and now the screws are rusted into the birds
I think the bath will still go on but I couldn’t do it
Shame to get rid of but fed up with moving it from A to B to C and back again
