Currently it is not able to access PlayStore, or use a web-browser (as operating system too old).
Runs operating system Android 4.0.4 (Ice Cream Sandwich) which means modern apps and websites will not work with it. I think it may be possible to manually update the operating system to Android 6.0 (KatKiss), but even that will mean it still has very limited functionality.
Physically in good condition, still has the original screen protector on it, but the rubber section of the back of the tablet is starting to get sticky with age.
