Wheeled backpack - flaws (OX3 Headington)

Has some mould on the outside due to being in storage, should wipe off. Handle fully extends but only intermittently fully collapses into the bag as it’s supposed to when pushed down. Might be fixable. Zippers all work. Backpack straps aren’t attached at bottom due to previous owner leaving them loose when wheeling it. Brand is IT, still sold on Argos site.
