I have 2x 3 seater sofas to go to a new home. They need some reupholstery, but it would be worthwhile as these cost over £2k each when new. All the padding is sound, it is the top material that needs doing. But even with that, much is still is very good condition, so if you can get the right material you could get away with little more than doing the arms.
